2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Share clear photos and/or unboxing video as proof
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The item must be returned in original sealed packaging
- All accessories and manuals must be included
- Product must not show signs of misuse
After inspection, we will:
- Issue a replacement (if available), or
- Process a refund via original payment method

- Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once processed, cancellations are not allowed
- Delivery time for pre-orders is typically 20–30 working days

6. Shipping Costs

- However, return shipping costs (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
