1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues (please check product details before ordering)
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical or water damage caused after delivery

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Share clear photos and/or unboxing video as proof

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The item must be returned in original sealed packaging
  • All accessories and manuals must be included
  • Product must not show signs of misuse

After inspection, we will:

  • Issue a replacement (if available), or
  • Process a refund via original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.


4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are specially arranged and imported internationally.

  • Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once processed, cancellations are not allowed
  • Delivery time for pre-orders is typically 20–30 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)

6. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders.
  • However, return shipping costs (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

7. International Sourcing Disclaimer

Since we deal in 100% authentic and factory-sealed products sourced internationally, delivery may take 20–30 working days. We prioritize authenticity and quality over fast shipping.
